Quiet Hours are 9 pm – 8 am

No fireworks or discharging of firearms.

No smoking or vaping in any area of the building. Smoking areas at either end of the parking lots.

No objects to be hung over walkway or lanai railings.

Trash and recycling to be deposited in in a plastic bag, tied, and dropped down the garbage chute. Garbage chute is adjacent to the elevator

Sewer lines: sanitary napkins, paper towels, dental floss are not to be flushed down the toilets.

Pets and Animals: With the exception of certified dogs or other assistance animals, there are no pets or animals are allowed in any part of the KBR.

Do not apply spray-on sunscreen in corridors, stairwells, elevator, lobby area, and on the pool deck.

1. Swimming Pool

  • NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY AT ANY TIME
  • Pool Hours are 9:00 AM to 9 PM. The use of the pool at other hours is prohibited.
  • All persons using the pool must take a cleansing shower before entering the pool.
  • If a swimming cap is not worn, bobby pins, hairpins, or other such objects that could damage the filtration system must be removed prior to entering the pool.
  • Appropriate swimwear must be worn in the pool area. Diapers alone on infants are not considered appropriate.
  • Do not apply spray-on sunscreen while standing on the pool deck. Please apply while standing on the grass, or a beach towel.
  • Persons entering the pool must familiarize themselves with the posted signs and adhere to posted KBR and State Rules.
  • Food and glass or other breakable containers are not allowed in the pool area.
  • Non-Swimmers are not permitted to enter the pool unless accompanied by another person capable of ensuring their safety. It is strongly urged that younger children be supervised by an adult.

All guest cars are to be parked against the fence unless designated by the Residential Manager. There is only 1 car allowed per apartment.
